Privacy policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, why, and what your rights are. It applies to the Folyo website and its waitlist. The Folyo app will have its own policy when it's released.
Data controller
Controller: [NOMBRE O RAZÓN SOCIAL]. Tax ID: [NIF]. Address: [DIRECCIÓN POSTAL]. Contact: [EMAIL DE CONTACTO].
What data we collect
If you join the waitlist we store:
- Your email address.
- The system you're interested in (Mac, Windows or both).
- The language of the page where you signed up, so we can write to you in it.
- Where on the website you signed up, and the date and time.
We don't ask for your name or any other data. If you don't sign up, we store no personal data about you.
Why we use it
To send you a notice when Folyo is available on the system you chose and, at most, a few messages related to that launch. We won't send third-party advertising or use your email for anything else.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before.
How long we keep it
Until Folyo launches on the system you chose and at most 12 months after that, or until you ask us to remove you if that's sooner. Then we delete it.
Who else processes it
We don't sell or hand over your data. We use these providers, which only process it following our instructions:
- Supabase Inc.: the database where the list is stored. The data sits on servers in Frankfurt (Germany, EU).
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting. When you visit, it processes technical data such as your IP address to serve the page. Vercel is based in the US and relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
If we later use a service to send the launch emails, we'll add it here.
Cookies
This website sets no first-party, analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and for portability, by writing to [EMAIL DE CONTACTO]. You can also unsubscribe by replying to any of our emails.
If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
Children
The waitlist is not aimed at children under 14.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, if the change is significant, we'll let you know.
