Lives in your menu bar
Checks your email in the background and can open at login. You only look when there's something new.
A desktop app that watches your inbox from the menu bar. It finds every invoice —attached, behind a link or in the email itself—, reads it, files it by company and quarter and gets it ready for your accountant.
FINDS INVOICES FROM ANY VENDOR
THE PROBLEM
Attached, behind a link that expires, or buried in the body of the email. Duplicated. In dollars. With half the VAT. With Folyo, that's over.
HOW IT WORKS
LOCAL READER
Vendor, number, date, net amount, VAT and total. In Spanish, Catalan and English, in euros, dollars or pounds. With OCR for scanned invoices. Without sending your PDFs to any AI.
Checks your email in the background and can open at login. You only look when there's something new.
Compares the PDF, number, message and amount. If it arrives twice, it keeps one. Nothing gets deleted.
Trend, category and vendor charts computed on your computer. No AI credits spent.
A link that asks you to sign in, a PDF that never arrives. It stays in “Needs review” until you sort it out.
Official ECB exchange rate on each invoice's date, the issuer's tax ID and reverse charge with self-assessed VAT.
Drop up to 20 PDFs onto the window. Folyo finds the original message and checks the attachment is identical, byte for byte.
END OF QUARTER
PDFs split into received and issued, plus a CSV invoice ledger with tax IDs, country, ECB rate, amounts in euros, reverse charge and self-assessed VAT. Personal invoices are never sent.
